All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT) is being conducted by Veterinary Council of India (VCI) for the admission in different departments of Veterinary colleges.
From 2017, AIPVT All India Pre-Veterinary Test has been replaced by the NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test).
Every year this exam is conducted by the VCC (Veterinary Counseling Committee) appointed by VCI and the decision of the Committee in respect of seat allotment shall be final.
AIPVT 2019 is being conducted for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H Course under 15% All India Quota seats and are getting filled as per the merit list finalized by written test followed by centralized counseling.
The seats will be allotted to candidates as per their rank, choice, availability, reservation policy, etc.

Eligibility Criteria for AIPVT
The candidates should be Indian Nationals (except the State of Jammu & Kashmir).
She/he has attained or will attain the age of Seventeen (17) years as of 31st December 2016. Candidates attaining seventeen years on the 1st of January, 2017, or later will not be eligible to appear at the AIPVT. The upper age limit for candidates seeking admission under 15% All India Quota Seats is 25 years as of 1st December 2016.
Further, provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes.

How to apply online for AIPVT
Step- 1: Fill in the REGISTRATION PAGE.
Step-2: Fill in the APPLICATION FORM and Note Down the Registration No.
Step-3: Upload scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph, Candidate’s Signature, Signature of Parents/ Guardians, Candidate’s Thumb Impression and Self Declaration (in the case of candidates belonging to Jammu & Kashmir) in JPG.
Step-4: Make payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking or e-challan
Step-5: Print at least four printouts of Confirmation Page after successful remittance of fee.
AIPVT Exam Pattern
Below is the exam pattern for AIPVT, questions and relative marks per question. The All India Pre Veterinary Test 2016 examination shall consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with the single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

Each question carries 3 marks. For each correct response, the candidate will get 3 marks. For each incorrect response, one mark will be deducted.
The language of AIPVT Question Paper: Question Paper shall be in English and Hindi. In the case of variation in English and Hindi version of Question Paper, English version shall be taken as final.
